My Zhong Yuan Qigong journey started in 2008. In 2010 I traveled to Beijing and very soon was volunteering at Kundawell Institute, where I also had the opportunity to study Image Medicine for a year, besides deepening my Qigong practice and knowledge. With 14 years of practice, I have obtained the certificate to teach 1st level in 2022. As a teacher I believe in guiding beginner practitioners towards solid knowledge of ZYQ exercises and theory.
