We are very pleased to announce that Master Xu Mingtang will come to the Czech Republic for the first time in October 2025, and the 10th International Conference on Chinese Image Medicine, which has not been held for several years, will be held in Prague.

We warmly invite you all to the Intensive Zhong Yuan Qigong practice, Image Medicine conference and the subsequent Image Medicine seminar.

SCHEDULE:

Intensive ZYQ practice:
Start: 18. 10. 2025 (Sat) at 10 a.m. (8 a.m. - 10 a.m. Registration)
End: 21. 10. 2025 (Tue) at 8 p.m.
Participation is open to Zhong Yuan Qigong practitioners who have completed at least Level 1.

10th International Conference of Chinese Image Medicine:
Start : 22. 10. 2025 (Wed) at 10 a.m. (8 a.m. - 10 a.m. Registration)
End: 23. 10. 2025 (Thu) at 7 p.m.

Information about the conference will be added once the programme is finalized.
We invite all Image Medicine therapists and other participants to actively participate in the conference in the form of a lecture or workshop. If you are interested in presenting at the conference, please register via e-mail: conf.CIM@gmail.com no later than July 1, 2025.
After registration, the interested participant will receive the requirements for the content and format of the report/presentation via email, along with further details and deadlines. Thank you.

Start : 24. 10. 2025 (Fri) at 10 a.m. (8 a.m. - 10 a.m. Registration)
End: 26. 10. 2025 (Sun) at 5 p.m.

Once you have registered, a confirmation email will be sent to you within a few days with your assigned registration number and information on how to pay the advance payment. Payment must be made within 3 business days of receiving the confirmation email or your registration will be automatically cancelled.
After your advance payment is credited to our account, we will send you an email within a few days with a binding confirmation of your participation.

Due to the limited capacity of the hall, the registration of participants will be taken according to the date of completion of the registration form and payment of the advance payment.

Registration for all events will take place in the Top Hotel Prague in front of the conference hall on Friday 17 October from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and also on the first day of the event from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Intensive ZYQ practice: 418 EUR
10th International Conference of Chinese Image Medicine: 100 EUR
Chinese Image Medicine Seminar: 418 EUR Kč
Discounted price when participating in all three events: 800 EUR
When attending one event (Intensive ZYQ practice or Chinese IM Seminar) plus the Chinese Image Medicine Conference: 468 EUR

Advance payment: for participation in all three events: 300 EUR ; for participation in one event (ZYQ Intensive practice or Chinese IM Seminar) plus Chinese IM Conference 168 EUR ; for participation in only one event (ZYQ Intensive practice or Chinese IM Seminar) 118 EUR; for participation in only Chinese IM Conference 50 EUR.

The event fees will be used to cover organisational costs. Proceeds from the events will be donated to the construction of the Biguan International Centre.

Languages:
The Master will lecture in English, the interpretation in the hall will be in Czech. The teaching will also be interpreted into Russian, Hungarian and German via the zoom app on your own phone and the use of your own headphones. We therefore ask all participants to bring their mobile phones and headphones.Due to the limited possibility of charging phones, we ask participants to bring their own power banks for the possibility of recharging their mobile phone battery.
The 10th International Conference of Chinese Image Medicine will be interpreted in the same way. Speakers will speak English or Czech.

Standard room for 1 person: 84 EUR
Standard room for 2 persons: 92 EUR
Standard room for 3 persons: 117 EUR
Prices are per room per night with breakfast. It is possible to order lunch directly at the hotel. The nearby Westfield Chodov shopping centre has a large number of restaurants and shops (bus 115, 126, 12 minutes). City tax is included in the price.
Due to the limited number of hotel rooms, we ask all participants to arrange their accommodation as soon as possible.
Parking is available directly at the hotel in the hotel’s paid parking lot. The fee is 5,6 EUR/car/day.
To obtain the discounted accommodation price, you must fill out the accommodation reservation form, which will be sent to you together with an email confirming your registration. Participants should send the form to the hotel’s email address provided in the form, and further communication will take place directly between the participant and the hotel.
