Group one 19 July – 8 August. For all zyq practitioners.

Date: 19 July Sunday – 8 August Saturday ( 21 days)
19 July: Arrive to Beijing Mercure(美居) Hotel, Registration
20 July: Monday go to Shaolin by train.
20 July evening: Shaolin retreat meeting
21 July – 4 August: Meditation and Bigushiqi Program.
5 August return to Beijing
6, 7 August tour in Beijing
8 August departure
Cost: 22000-25000 RMB
Please note: If the hotel changes its room rate, the retreat price will increase.

Group two 10th – 30th August. Only for personal students!

Date: 10 August Monday – 30 August Sunday (21 days)
10 August from Airport or East railway station to Zen Hotel directly.
we prepare bus for group coming.
10 August Evening Shaolin Retreat Meeting
11– 29 August: Meditation and Bigushiqi program
30 Sunday August: depart from Zen Hotel
Cost: 22000-25000 RMB
